The Head of Digital Services will drive the implementation and optimisation of digital platforms, applications, and services initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that APRA remains innovative, enhancing customer experiences and realising operational efficiencies.This role is responsible for developing and executing a clear and compelling digital strategy that aligns with APRA's overall strategy and goals. This includes ensuring leadership commitment and integrating digital initiatives seamlessly into the organisation's operations.The teamReporting to the Chief Information Officer, the role sits within the Technology and Data division (T&D) and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
