We are seeking an industry-leading Head of Digital Performance to lead our growing team of eight Senior Performance Managers and Strategists. This new leadership role will position you as the primary architect of our digital efforts, driving online growth for our clients. As a thought leader in digital strategy, paid marketing, and performance, you will offer unparalleled support and guidance to our retail clients.
This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about retail, e-commerce, and digital marketing, with a talent for leading teams to achieve peak performance for our clients. Here's where you can make an impact:A Thought Leader and Full-Funnel Strategy Builder: - Inspire both the team and our clients with your expertise in digital strategy, paid marketing, and performance.- Bring extensive experience working with retail clients, fuelling your passion for this dynamic sector.- Develop integrated strategies that cover the entire funnel, serving as a center of excellence for primary digital channels like paid search, paid social, and email, while understanding the broader media landscape.Creating Top-Notch Service for Retail Clients: - Play a pivotal role in client onboarding, defining strategies, setting KPIs, and presenting comprehensive full-funnel strategies.- Understand client requirements in a broader digital context, provide support to major clients, assist the team in building client relationships, and participate in QBRs to discuss future strategies.- Innovate and optimise our products and services to enhance client experiences, leveraging the latest trends and platform insights.Being an Inspiring Manager Who Fosters Growth: - Lead a team of Senior Performance Managers and Strategists, supporting their development through 1:1 facilitation, feedback, motivation, inspiration, and thought-provoking questions.- Identify opportunities for team growth and scalability, training the team to adapt to evolving e-commerce trends.Strategically and Commercially Developing the Business: - Contribute to strategic discussions aimed at business improvement and propose opportunities to enhance client performance and agency revenue.- Identify commercial opportunities, play a crucial role in pitching to clients, leverage domain knowledge to attract new clients, and collaborate with other leaders to propose strategies for revenue growth.- This vacancy is specifically suited for someone who enjoys adapting to the evolving needs of both the agency and the position.What does a workweek look like? Your workweek will be dynamic and varied, with tasks related to 'being a thought leader and full-funnel strategy builder' occupying about 25% of your time. Client-facing responsibilities will constitute 40%, allowing ample engagement with our clientele. Devoting 30% of your time to being an inspiring leader will foster a motivating work environment. Lastly, strategically and commercially developing the business will encompass the remaining 15%, ensuring comprehensive growth and innovation.In addition to your marketing skills and experience, we seek someone who fits well with our culture and team.
