Quantifi is seeking a new regional Head of Development to steer the expansion of our growing APAC market presence.
Opportunity You will be working with a talented team of engineers on leading edge financial development in an entrepreneurial, supportive and collaborative environment.Steer Quantifi's growing APAC market presence, helping lead our Sydney CBD office.Successfully manage a range of software projects through the entire SDLC from scoping and estimation, specification and design, through to development, testing, release and ongoing support and maintenance.Own the hiring, retention and career development of a motivated cross-functional team.Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance on complex technical challenges.Contribute to shaping and fulfilling Quantifi's strategies for growth and client success globally.Facilitate the work of our Platform Engineering team focused on enhancing developer productivity and modernising our development tool chain. Required Qualifications and Skills: Experience managing multiple software engineering teams.Strong technical background with record of successfully building complex enterprise systems.Experience in finance, with working knowledge of financial engineering principles such as derivative pricing, trade life-cycle, Market Risk and PnL.Knowledge of modern, cloud-native development tools and practices. Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft technologies: .NET, Azure.Record of success in a cloud migration project.
