We are looking for a D&D leader who can play a critical role in our continued success and growth. The role is based at our HQ in Glen Iris and reports to the CEO. About the Role: The role involves leading the design and development of new venues and innovations that are on Brand and deliver on the desired customer experience which is to create magical moments for each guest, every time. That means you manage a team of external builders, consultants, and designers as well as an internal Project Management team to deliver the complete fit out of the company venues. Key to success in the role is the following: Your strong career to date in a client-side Project Management position across multi-sites (Fit out &/or new build Construction Projects) Proven track record leading small teams & external consultants Ability to facilitate designs that incorporate international equipment suppliers (and manage the procurement process Ability to prioritize; communicate effectively & use your elite problem-solving skills daily Ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team as well as collaborate with stakeholders across various other departments including the Chief Customer Experience Manager This a great opportunity to work in a truly brand and culture led company that is built around unlocking the passion and talents of the diverse characters who drive its exciting growth journey.
