As a Senior Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, with key responsibilities that include:
Taking an active role in completing and executing valuation engagements, encompassing business and equity valuations, purchase price allocations, options and derivatives valuations, impairment assessments, WACC analysis and other related projects; Performing data analytics, research, cash flow modelling and associated financial analysis to ensure rigorous and defensible support for valuations, with exceptional attention to detail; Being proactive in providing an opinion or perspective, backed by logic, rigorous analysis and professional judgement; Preparing high quality reports and related documents which 'tell a clear story' and make it easy for the reader to understand, even where complex concepts are involved; and Working collaboratively with other parties including, but not limited to, auditors, tax advisors, accountants and lawyers. Ideally you will also have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and Professional certifications such as CAANZ, CFA or CPA.
