We are looking for a Property Management Department Head, who has managed, led & mentored large property management teams. The ideal candidate will be extremely nurturing, have a high level of professionalism, and wealth of knowledge of the industry.

The Role:
Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
Become a part of the Senior Management team! Managing a team of 3 staff You will be overseeing a portfolio of 350 managements split between you and a Junior Property Manager Routines and outgoings will be outsourced Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed Oversee and implement strategies & procedures Ensure KPI's are met across the entire team Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth Analysing & preparing budgets for your department The Candidate:
Must have Senior Property Management experience Experience with managing teams & large rental portfolios is beneficial Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT and tribunals Lead a highly successful department! Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred) This is a highly desirable position that is sure to be snatched up!
