This pivotal role will serve as an internal advisor and key support to our Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance revenue per transaction throughout our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the CCO through comprehensive data analysis, the delivery of comprehensive data insights through interpreting business data to support decision-making and strategic advice to ultimately drive improved commercial outcomes for the organisation. This role will be reporting into a new role in our global leadership team.Skills & ExperienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven recommendations to senior executives.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of global supplier relations, sales, account management, and client-facing technologies within the travel industry.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Commercial astuteness with experience in leveraging data for strategy and negotiations.Understanding of AI, ML, blockchain, and other advancing technologies and a strong willingness to further learning in this area.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Why CTM?CTM offers a strong, established, and sustainable work environment.
