As they expand their digital presence, they are looking for a Head of Cyber Security and IT Projects to help protect the integrity and safety of its brand, customers, and growing eCommerce operations. You will help drive the next stage of IT growth and innovation.In this role, you will lead the delivery of high-impact IT projects across their retail network, ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies that elevate customer experience. As their Cyber Security expert, you'll be the driving force behind their digital security, ensuring that their systems and customer data are protected 24/7. You'll establish and maintain best-in-class cybersecurity practices, safeguarding everything from payment data to internal systems. They are looking for someone with strong project management skills who understands the unique needs of a retail business and can create security strategies that support the brand's growth in an increasingly digital marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee a robust cybersecurity strategy tailored to support a dynamic retail environment. Lead and manage a variety of retail-focused IT projects, including POS system upgrades, omnichannel integration, and eCommerce enhancements. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Safeguard sensitive customer data and payment systems while ensuring a frictionless shopping experience. Respond to and resolve security incidents quickly and effectively to minimize impact on business operations. Work closely with IT, Digital, and eCommerce teams to integrate security into every aspect of our digital transformation. Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to ensure systems are protected. Stay ahead of emerging threats and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within eCommerce or retail environments. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on-time and within budget. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. Strong understanding of retail-specific security challenges, including POS security, data privacy, and digital payments. Experience implementing security measures for large-scale eCommerce platforms and cloud environments. Solid knowledge of risk management, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
