What you'll contribute toThe Head of Customer Operations will be based at our flagship hybrid agile Operations Centre in Scoresby, Melbourne.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an influential operational leader to lead the strategy, leadership and management of the Customer Operations function, overseeing general and complex customer service enquiries, insurance sales, refinance, Fleet Repairs and Authorisations, Fleet Registrations & Infringements and Kinto Servicing.
How you'll make an impactManagement of the development and execution of Customer Service, Fleet Operations, Kinto and TFA Insurance Sales strategies.Deep understanding of Contact Centre systems, Workforce Planning systems, Knowledge Management and omni channel technology.Develop and maintain an energetic, high performance centre culture that inspires employee commitment.Responsible for communicating and implementing the Customer Operations business plan across the business.Develop, manage and report on functional budgets including delegation of authority and budget management to direct reports as appropriate.Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the systems, processes, and technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Your attributesExtensive years of experience in Operations Management, overseeing large, fast paced teams.Extensive years of experience in senior leadership role in a multi-channel Contact Centre environment.Strong influencing and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to develop effective and trusted relationships across all levels of the business, internal and external.Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.Life at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
