Join us in digitising healthcare! What's the opportunity? The Head of Customer Growth – Providers is a senior leadership position focused on increasing revenue and market share while maintaining excellent customer experience.
This role involves leading a team in identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and developing sales strategies for Telstra Health's diverse products and services.
The position also oversees relationship management across various geographic regions and health provider sectors.
Key responsibilities: Cultivate strong relationships with government entities, customers, and partners to ensure positive experiences and identify growth opportunities.
Exhibit leadership by sharing industry insights and innovations and contribute to the broader Telstra Health strategy as part of the Sales, Marketing & Communication leadership team.
Develop and execute a sales strategy for enterprise providers, focusing on achieving business objectives and targets.
Collaborate with leaders and executives to grow key accounts, engaging with senior customer representatives.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, analyse market trends, and create data-driven recommendations.
Set and track performance metrics for the team, provide feedback, and support new business deals through negotiation and launch activities.
Contribute to the development of services and products to meet future customer needs.
Lead and nurture a high-performing sales and accounts team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to enhance team capabilities and confidence.
Skills and experience: 5-10+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and high-volume sales in enterprise sectors.
Executive leadership skills with deep industry and business knowledge.
Expertise in sales and accounts, with an understanding of their broader business impact.
Proven track record in identifying sales opportunities and adopting new technologies and digital services.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and making impactful decisions.
Successful in leading sales teams and developing supportive peer relationships.
Exceptional customer focus and relationship management.
Strong business acumen with strategic, data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to deliver client-focused solutions.
Experience in developing new business models and market routes through strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated achievement of revenue and sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, including report and proposal generation.
