?Are you a visionary in the world of content creation, ready to steer the strategic direction of a leading cultural institution?
We are in search for a dynamic Head of Creative Content to transform how this organisation engages and inspires audiences through innovative storytelling and integrated media platforms.Your Role:As the Head of Creative Content, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic content direction.
Your responsibilities will include:Leading the development and execution of innovative content strategies that engage both national and international audiences.Spearheading the integration and coordination of all creative content activities across digital and traditional platforms.Managing a multidisciplinary team to produce high-quality digital, print, and multimedia content.Ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives, enhancing the brand and broadening the outreach.Collaborating with internal and external partners to expand creative horizons and implement cutting-edge content solutions.What You Bring:At least 7 years of leadership experience in creative content development within marketing, communications, or a related field.A proven track record of developing strategic content that effectively communicates and engages a broad audience spectrum.Expertise in digital transformation and audience engagement strategies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage various platforms for optimal reach and impact.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and drive a team towards innovative content solutions.A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.Desirable but not essentialExperience in the cultural sector or similar industries, bringing a nuanced approach to content that resonates on a cultural level.Why This Role:This position offers the unique opportunity to:Lead a pivotal area within a cultural institution known for its impactful storytelling and innovative exhibitions.Work in an environment that values creativity, strategic thinking, and dynamic leadership.Influence and shape the public perception and engagement strategies of a major cultural player on both a local and global stage.Application instructions:Due to the government requirements of this role you must be an Australian Citizen.If you live in another State, note you're required on site in Canberra regularly (2 weeks per month for first six months)Please provide, in PDF format, a combined cover letter and Resume.All applicants must apply here.All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.Only applicants who demonstrate the experience requested will be responded to.
