About the Opportunity We are seeking a Head of Corporate Social Responsibility to join the ASC Team based at Osborne SA, or Henderson, WA.
In this role, you will evaluate and understand the national societal and community impacts of ASC's environmental policies, responsibilities and reputation to develop and execute a Corporate and Social Responsibility strategy. You will maintain a strategic perspective of the entire business and consider a wide range of longer-term issues, opportunities and risks to ensure ongoing business success.
Responsibilities Develop and execute CSR strategy in collaboration with the greater business. Develop ASC's CSR policies. Design and deliver ASC's social licence strategy. Lead the identification and mitigation of risks related to the execution of the CSR strategy. Develop and maintain good relationships within ASC and external stakeholders Develop a culture where people feel valued, recognised and where innovative ideas are encouraged and celebrated. Provide advice to GM Stakeholder Management and Executive Committee. Conduct research and implement into CSR best practice. Effectively manage, track, and report on CSR function, performance and compliance. About you Tertiary qualifications in political science, economics, business, environmental science, communications or other relevant discipline. 5 - 10 years in a Senior Corporate Social Responsibility role. Demonstrated experience formulating and delivering an effective CSR Strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and community engagement and consulting with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Uphold high ethical standards and integrity Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
