The core focus is ensuring that strategic objectives are well-defined and implemented effectively across the organisation, with an emphasis on ongoing oversight, optimisation, performance monitoring, and benefits realisation management.
The role is also responsible for overseeing the development, delivery and communication of Capricorn's ESG strategy.
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes Advanced expertise in organisational strategy development and reporting;Strong leadership, stakeholder management and adaptability to business change;Proficiency in business case writing, benefits tracking and financial modelling;Demonstrated understanding of systems and processes within a complex environment;Project Management, including methodology, deadline adherence and budgeting;Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities;Business acumen and results orientated approachExperience Demonstrated track record in the preparation, reporting and assessment of business strategy;Demonstrated track record of delivering initiatives on time;Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate development, planning and execution;Minimum 7 years' experience leading teams;Advanced experience in the preparation of business presentations for various levels including Board, Executive leadership and Senior Management;Demonstrated experience presenting to senior stakeholders;Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups.Qualifications Tertiary Qualification in Commerce or Business Management or in a related discipline.
