In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, overseeing triage, intake, clinical, and case management functions to deliver high-quality assessments and support across diverse client groups, including aged care, disability, child and family services, and mental health.
You will shape and inspire your teams to deliver person-centered care that makes a real impact in the community.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high standards across all services.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations while developing and implementing policies, guidelines, and best practices to support a culture of excellence.
Deliver effective training and professional development for staff, ensuring they grow and thrive in their roles.
Build strong partnerships with external service providers and stakeholders, enhancing referral networks and service delivery.
Continuously improve programs and services to meet evolving community needs, with a focus on client outcomes and best practices.
We are looking for someone who can bring: Bachelor/Postgraduate training in social work or psychology, with tertiary training specifically relating to assessment and diagnosis.
5+ years in triage and/or intake across mental health, aged care, disability or child, youth and family services.
Experience in providing supervision related to assessment, diagnosis, formulation, and psychological interventions.
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships, ability to consult, liaise and negotiate with team members, other professionals and external agencies.
