Supporting sustained growth, a new senior management position of Head of Commercial & Industrial Property is required to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be part of a growing team and primarily be responsible for overseeing a financial analyst and tasked with actively managing individual property assets including a diversified property portfolio to ensure strong financial performance and risk management of the underlying assets and provide value add for ICAM's investors. The role will also entail sourcing off-market property opportunities and be responsible for supervising the due diligence process and integration of new acquisitions.
The successful candidate will be a financial property expert with strong analytical abilities and strategic property management experience to identify industry trends and opportunities. They will prepare and present to the ICAM board and underlying investment trust boards, liaise with investors and joint venture capital partners and have a proven network of property professionals including commercial sales and leasing agents.
A keen eye for financially attractive commercial and industrial property opportunities, strategic asset management planning and financial data interrogation, this rare leadership role will also review and approve major capital expenditure in ICAM's office and industrial portfolio.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are vital as well as tertiary qualifications in property, finance or a related field. A demonstrated expertise within real estate, ideally that will have encompassed capital transactions, property asset management and financial analysis will be highly regarded.
