With a strong reputation in the industry, the business is experiencing an exciting phase of growth. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to drive strategic commercial initiatives and optimise growth opportunities.
The Role
As the Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy of the business. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in commercial management, contract optimisation, and growth strategy within the mining, construction or heavy equipment sectors. Working closely with the ELT, your role will spearhead the commercial function.
Key responsibilities include: Commercial Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.Contract Optimisation: Oversee the management and optimisation of contracts to ensure maximum value and mitigate risks.Growth Initiatives: Identify new business opportunities, manage commercial partnerships, and support market expansion.Commercial Analysis: Conduct detailed commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to align commercial goals and ensure seamless contract execution.What We're Looking For
