The Head of Business Transformation supports the APAC business transformation by shaping a clear transformation vision and strategy, in collaboration with the APAC Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This involves framing and monitoring strategic transformation initiatives through comprehensive program management and change management.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the APAC SLT to define a transformation vision and strategy for the region.At the direction of the SLT, design and plan the regional business transformation program.Lead program reporting and reviews.Provide change management functional support and develop regional change capability.Support a community of practice within the APAC region to build change capability and change resilience.Support the SLT and business transformation leaders to achieve transformation objectives.Drive and support strategic initiatives with designated business and initiative leaders to achieve outcomes.Leverage and support global change management resources and community.Lead the adoption of the Weir Change Management Framework as the way of working when delivering change at Weir.Leverage digital technologies to support transformation program communication and collaboration.Collaborate with project management functions within Weir to embed change management within the project management framework.Lead and support the information systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce etc) community of practice focused on continuous improvement and IS project implementation.Support functional strategy workshops.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Masters in Business Administration or similar.Minimum of 10 years of experience in business transformation and management.Proven track record leading strategic transformation in global organizations.Experience in digital transformation and leveraging information systems for business outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and program management skills.Robust analytical and decision-making abilities.Able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.Confident in presenting and facilitating workshops at all levels.Ability to influence others and align them towards common goals and objectives.
