You'll be someone who can harness thought leadership and innovation to deliver pragmatic and differentiating practices to our people and solutions for our customers. You'll work closely with Microsoft and our wider business stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow and differentiate the business as well as mature our offerings. You'll lead out how we deliver and productise what we do with Azure, enabling our people to grow and deliver more effectively. You'll provide thought leadership and guidance to our customers in solving their business challenges. What you'll bring You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership experience enabling people and business growth with a positive culture of delivery excellence and connectedness. You will be passionate about the future of work, cloud transformation, digital innovation and solving customer challenges. You'll be a cloud native who leads and inspires the benefits of cloud and emerging technology, automation, and enables a DevSecOps culture. You'll be able to demonstrate strong technical leadership experience and skills in the Azure ecosystem having delivered many complex engagements and solutions and have a highly consultative and collaborative approach to customer solutioning and in developing best practices, communities of practice, and enabling people. You make good things happen. You'll have strong familiarity with the public cloud ecosystem and especially with Microsoft and Azure, understanding Cloud Adoption and Well Architected Frameworks, and how best to make the most of partner programs and resources. You'll know that successful technology adoption requires people and process enablement. Experience in go-to-market activities is a plus. What you'll do Proposition & Practice development: Oversee the development of Azure related propositions, offerings, and practices by working with partners and translating to, enabling, and aligning Datacom teams and vice versa. Customer Growth: Support customer growth by being a key interlock for Azure opportunities. Project Delivery: Support Datacom delivery teams by overseeing customer delivery quality relating to Azure and be willing to assist where needed. Partnerships: Support the development of improved and mutually beneficial Microsoft partnerships including development and execution of related business plans and activities. Market Leadership: Provide frequent thought leadership to the market, customers, and Datacom for Azure.
