This is an exciting opportunity to manage innovative projects and bespoke integration across diverse industries, including Hospitality/Nightlife, Education, Government, Commercial, and Performing Arts spaces.About the Role:In this senior position, you'll be at the helm of managing complex AV installations from start to finish. With a focus on both technical and soft skills, you'll work closely with the design team to bring unique and bespoke solutions to life. From architectural AV installations to theatre consulting, you'll oversee a range of projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of excellence.Your key responsibilities will include managing the install team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution. As a company known for creativity and tailored solutions, you'll lead the way in providing an unparalleled customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Installation of Audio Visual and Lighting with a deep understanding of cable schematics, DC wiring and communication wiring.Lead AV Projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Lead installation teams with passion, maintaining a collaborative work environment.Collaborate with design teams to interpret project plans and ensure seamless coordination with installation teams.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing a consultative approach and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure high standards of organisation and planning, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Oversee the technical and logistical aspects of AV installations, from meeting rooms to large-scale theatre and performing arts venues.Foster strong team collaboration while managing multiple projects under high pressure, delivering projects on time and to specification.About You:Proven experience as a Project Manager within the AV industry, or similar role with a strong understanding of both technical installations and client-facing responsibilities.Candidates with an electrical background and AV experience are highly encouraged to apply.Excellent leadership skills, able to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly across all project stages.High-level organisation and planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations and collaborate with a high performing team.A consultative approach, able to provide expert guidance to clients and foster long-term relationships.A culture champion, embracing the vibrant, fun, and highly creative work environment while adhering to fair work practices.Hold a Drivers License, Construction White Card and EWP ticket. Benefits: Strong base Salary + SuperJoin a fast-growing, dynamic team that thrives on creativity and innovation.A vibrant culture, fun, and supportive, with a strong focus on collaboration and professional growth!Opportunities for growth - this role may progress to Operations Manager for the Installation team. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a team who are passionate about what they do - this is the company for you!
