Lead the analytics and pricing function with a dynamic Australian company in the energy services industry.
The company has been experiencing strong year on year growth and is eager to utilise its analytics capability across pricing, product, sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop forward-thinking pricing models that enhance profitability and drive sustained growth.

Continuously refine pricing tactics in alignment with evolving market trends, customer preferences, and competitive shifts.

Provide analytics-based recommendations to senior leaders, shaping key commercial strategies like product launches, promotions, and segmentation.

Track and report key metrics tied to pricing and revenue, ensuring alignment with business targets.

Lead and manage a team of 2, promoting data-driven decision-making and continuous skill development.

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to synchronize pricing strategies with product offerings and go-to-market plans.

Key Requirements

Commercial and strategic mindset.
Someone who can partner cross-functionally within the business to uncover areas of opportunity and business growth.

Solid analytical expertise, with hands-on experience in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and pricing frameworks.

Demonstrated success in creating and executing data-driven pricing strategies in dynamic industries.

Strong ability to interpret and communicate meaningful business insights derived from large, complex datasets.

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python and data visualtion platforms.

Prior managerial or leadership experience.
