You will work closely with other channel teams, business development, and affiliate partners to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and manage end-to-end affiliate marketing efforts.Moreover, you'll be in charge of rolling out our global customer referral program that will allow SMBs to invite their network to use Xero in exchange for commissions/rev share.Lastly, you'll partner closely with Marketing Technology and Data/Analytics to strengthen our tech stack and enable incrementality measurement.What you'll do Affiliate Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals, identify target publishers and define target payouts.Affiliates and Agency Partners Management: Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to expand the affiliate program effectively.Content Development: Collaborate with affiliate partners on content creation and promotional activities to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging.Performance Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance using data and analytics tools.
