Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and providing tailored solutions.Business Development: Collaborate with the new business sales teams to ensure a smooth handover process through to the account management function. Cultivate long-term client relationships that contribute to sustained business growth.Team Development: Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to your team, helping them achieve both individual and team goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Reporting & Performance: Analyse account performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to drive improvements.
