We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our school as the Head of Academic Growth, commencing in Term 1, 2025 in a full-time, 5-year fixed-term contract. This pivotal role is focused on fostering an inclusive educational environment by leading both the Learning Support and Gifted and Talented programs for students in Years 7–12.
As an integral member of the Teaching and Learning Team, the Head of Academic Growth will shape a learning culture that supports all students in reaching their full potential.
The Head of Academic Growth leads a dedicated team of Senior School Education Assistants and the Gifted and Talented Coordinator, working closely with the Tutoring Centre Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and deliver additional learning support.
This role involves collaborating with staff in the Student Wellbeing Centre, Senior School Psychologists, Heads of Department, Heads of Year, and classroom teachers to ensure tailored support for individual students within a mainstream schooling context.
