Role and ResponsibilitiesIdentify, attract, and secure high-calibre technologists with expertise in HFT, Investment banking, Hedge Funds, and related fields.Work closely with account managers to understand specific role requirements, culture fit, and technical needs.Leverage your network, industry knowledge, and creative sourcing methods to find the right candidates.Manage the candidates end-to-end recruitment process, from initial pitch to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and compensation benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.Requirements3+ years of experience in head-hunting/recruitment, with a focus on sourcing for technology roles within the financial services, trading, or fintech industries.Proven success in identifying and placing high-level technologists in competitive markets.Strong knowledge of the technical skills and competencies required for roles such as algorithmic traders, quantitative developers, software engineers, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Able to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Possession of a passion for technology and a keen understanding of its application within the trading space.Access to an extensive network of the world's leading technologists. #J-18808-Ljbffr
