Full job description We are currently seeking enthusiastic and a dedicated Head Coach to join our team. If you are passionate about coaching and eager to develop a long-term career in this field, we would love to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
Prior coaching experience or qualifications (such as FFA Miniroos, Skill Acquisition Course, or AFC License) are preferred but not mandatory, as we will provide comprehensive soccer training. Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transporting equipment Obtain or currently hold a valid Working With Children Check. Have an outgoing personality Job Roles:
Develop effective communication skills by managing contact between parents and the organization Coach ages 2-12 years old boys and girls, nurturing their soccer skills and passion Organize and run specific training sessions for the development of our players Manage the programs running at the venue Part-time commitment ranging from 2 to 10 hours per week, primarily during weekend mornings.
