Experienced Head Chefs who are hands-on, can engage, empower and lead our catering team and deliver a successful high-quality service to our clients.

The Role: Provide breakfast, crib lunch, desserts or dinner service for residents on site (be able to work both night shift and dayshift on a rotating roster)Ensure food presentation, product presentation and meal service are to Sirrom standardsWork within budgeted food costsMaintain minimal food wastagePrepare and serve meals according to the menu and Sirrom Guidelines in line with client requirementsMaintain strict health and hygiene standards and systems in the kitchenWe're looking for candidates with: Must have a minimum 3 years work experience on a remote mine-site village or workforce camps in a similar roleBulk catering experience, hands-on cooking of bistro & buffet style services with consistency and excellence in food presentation standards across Breakfast, Crib, Dinner and Desserts, catering from 400 to 1000 residents.Must be a
