Head Chef at The Dolphin Hotel, Surry Hills NSWAre you a passionate and proven leader in the kitchen, ready to take on the exciting challenge of heading up the culinary team at one of Sydney's most iconic venues?
The Dolphin Hotel, located in the heart of Surry Hills, is looking for a dynamic Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering elevated pub food in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
As Head Chef, you'll be at the forefront of our culinary operations, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with our Group Head Chef and Group Executive Chef.
This is an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, contribute to menu changes, and bring your expertise in creating quality, memorable dining experiences to our guests.
What We're Looking For:Proven Leadership: You have a solid track record of managing and leading kitchen teams in a high-energy, fast-paced setting, including setting budgets, wage costing and team development.
You're someone who thrives under pressure and motivates your team to deliver consistently excellent results.Experience in Elevated Pub Food: We're looking for someone who has experience creating high-quality, elevated pub food, and can bring a unique flair to our seasonal menu.Menu Contribution: You'll collaborate with our Group Executive Chef to make contributions to menu changes, ensuring it aligns with our brand and exceeds our guests' expectations.Team Mentorship: You'll mentor and inspire your kitchen team, offering guidance and support as they grow in their roles.
