As a UX/UI Designer within our Literacy product team, you'll be responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users while staying aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.

For the right candidate, this role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia. What you'll do: Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web applications.Collaborate proactively with stakeholders (Product Managers, Business Analysts, Development Team) to gather and translate requirements into impactful designs, particularly when briefs are evolving.Maintain and enhance design systems for consistency across all touchpoints.Develop UI mock-ups, prototypes and design assets that bring clarity to features and functionality, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Ensure designs are accessible and meet relevant standards, including WCAG guidelines.Support the design and development teams by providing design assets and resolving implementation queries.Create and maintain documentation and style guides to ensure consistency and clarity across all design work.Solve problems creatively to adhere to budget and time constraints.What you'll bring to the team: A relevant graduate qualification in UX/UI Design.2-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on visual and interaction design.A solid understanding of UX principles to inform design decisions.Expertise in typography, colour theory and layout principles.Knowledge of web standards, responsive design techniques, and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.Experience understanding customer experiences and journeys within a SaaS business (SaaS experience is highly desirable).Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience collaborating with developers, understanding technical constraints, and contributing to implementation.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain flexible and adaptable while managing competing priorities.A growth mindset – open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.The ability to work independently and iterate quickly on designs based on feedback.Bonus: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts and skills or interest in data visualisation.Why you'll love working at 3P Learning: At 3P, we believe in empowering our people to do their best work in a supportive and flexible environment.
