We are hiring : Head Chef, Sous Chef
Location : Buddina QLD 4575
Expected Salary: Head Chef: $73,000, full time
Sous Chef: $70,000, full time
Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Lead the creation and development of innovative and enticing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, dietary considerations, and culinary trends while maintaining the balance between creativity and profitability. Kitchen Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to guarantee a clean and organized workspace. Staff Training and Development: Mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our standards of taste, presentation, and consistency, conducting regular taste tests and inspections. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room, providing support and expertise to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. Who We Are Looking For: someone with knowledge of Korean cuisine Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
