The Position Help in the preparation and design of all food menus Produce high-quality plates both in design and taste Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedules, and assess staff performance Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Key responsibilities include: Ensuring a consistently high-quality product for Restaurant Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Menu cost, menu planning, and design: preferable Effective Head office & Front of House communication OH&S & HACCP management Only suitable applicants will be contacted Experience: Qualified Chef: at least 1 year (Preferred for Sous Chef) Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment Prefer a working background in a seafood restaurant (not essential) PACKAGE OPTIONS Full-time position with a weekly salary of $80k to $85k plus super and tips and free meals If the above position suits you and you want to help build an amazing hospitality team, please forward your resume to ******
