What's involved?
The Head Chef will work alongside the business to oversee & control all aspects of the catering operation. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role because leading a team of hardworking individuals will be there from day one. The business thrives on a very large Conference & Banqueting trade, so having experience with this is preferred.
