About the Role As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing and executing menus that are appealing and on trend.
You will be overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring efficient work flow, food safety, and sanitation standards are upheld.
Leading, training, and motivating a small kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
Collaborating with management to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain an optimal level of supplies.
Maintaining a creative edge by experimenting with new dishes, flavors, and presentation styles.
Adhering to dietary restrictions and special requests, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
Contributing to the development of new menu concepts, special event planning, and promotions.
