Head Chef

We are seeking a Head Chef to manage the operation of the kitchen at the iconic Seacliff Beach Hotel, responsible for achieving kitchen success and maximising business growth and sustainability opportunities.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Running the pass during busy service times to ensure timely and accurate preparation of dishesMenu planning, inventory management and food preparationProviding guidance and mentorship to the kitchen teamCreating and managing staff rostersManaging food safety and ensuring compliance and safety standardsThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishmentAbility to lead effective teams and build a positive cultureExtensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipmentOperational experience to achieve financial and business targetsTrade Cooking qualificationsJoin a fun, productive and professional team and take advantage of our dedicated learning and development options to grow your career.
