About the Role: As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is up to their high standards.
Your responsibilities include menu development, managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and budget control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, and working closely with the management team to drive the pub's success.
