The Head Chef at Eimeo Pacific Hotel is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu creation, food preparation, staff management, and kitchen administration. The role requires a highly skilled and creative individual capable of delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. The Head Chef will drive innovation in our menu while celebrating fresh, locally sourced ingredients, embodying the unique character of Eimeo's coastal setting.Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Development: Create seasonal menus featuring seafood inspired dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and inspire a team of 9 kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.Kitchen Management: Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals.Quality & Safety: Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently upheld.QualificationsProven experience in a senior chef role, with a focus on high-quality, fresh cuisine.Strong leadership skills and creativity in menu design.Knowledge of cost management and kitchen safety protocols.
