Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team.
We want you to innovate the future of our recently refurbished restaurant, Giuseppe's Cantina. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
You will have culinary flair as well as a motivating leadership style to support your small but enthusiastic team.

Please note that over the Christmas and New Year period each year, our Food & Beverage operations shut down for 4 weeks and you would be required to take leave during this period.
