Your Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and innovative Head Chef with a genuine appetite for sustainable and eco-friendly culinary practices, to lead our experienced team of Chefs to deliver an exceptional dining experience in our Restaurant and Events Centre.

Robina Events Centre (REC): REC is a sustainability-focused collection of exceptional conference and party event spaces for a variety of event types, with capacity to seat up to 300 people.
A Permanent Full-Time Opportunity , with work required outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and where applicable public holidays, with applicable allowances and penalties payable.
Key Responsibilities Collaborating with the Commercial and Educational Management team to provide an exceptional customer and student experience.
Leading, Supporting, and Coaching the kitchen team with professionalism.
Creating and Planning appropriately costed menus that focus on sustainability and locally sourced produce that delight our clientele.
Effectively and efficiently managing all requirements expected of a Head Chef as detailed in the Role Description.
Mandatory qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, or Equivalent or Higher Qualification in Cookery.
Highly desirable Minimum 5 years recent industry experience in either a hotel, restaurant, or event space.
Understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the ability to adapt sustainable practices into all aspects of the role.
Understanding of the vocational training system in Australia for hospitality and cookery.
