In this pivotal role, you will be in charge of the overall menu development, offering your creative and cost-effective dishes to this already successful food destination. To be successful: Relevant experience in quality food and beverage environments. At least 3 years within a similar role. Proven ability to design, cost, and implement innovative menus. Strong interpersonal skills and presence. Fantastic ability to communicate with all levels of guests, staff, management, and suppliers. A good personable nature; life's too short to be angry. A hands-on management style; this is not an office role. Comparable experience managing a medium-sized brigade. Financial kitchen management and reporting.
