A critical role is the Head Chef, leading the team on a permanent full-time basis.
The role: Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations Create innovative and nutritionally balanced menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences of students and staff. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and company policies across all kitchen activities. Ensure compliance to health & safety regulations, implementing improvements where required Recruit and lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to food safety standards.
