As a Head Chef, your daily responsibilities will include: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.Develop innovative menus and ensure culinary excellence.Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.As a Chef, your daily responsibilities will include: Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venuesEnsuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared on timeUtilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menuPracticing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation proceduresAssisting with menu changes when requiredTo be successful in the role, you will possess the following: Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchenAvailability to work any hospitality hoursAbility to work well under a high-pressure environmentBrilliant communication skills to all team membersCertificate III in Commercial CookeryApplicants should have formal qualifications and at least 2 years of relevant employment experience.
