We are hiring a Full-Time Head Chef for our amazing restaurant Carmen located in the James Street dining precinct. This is a great opportunity for growth in a fast-growing hospitality group.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Minimum chef experience at Chef de Partie level or above in a premium, a-la-carte restaurant Solid understanding of management practices and food safety standards Organisational and time management skills Exemplary leadership with a focus on staff development Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Excellent communication and presentation skills Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Interested?
