What you'll do: Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations Menu planning, inventory management and food preparationProvide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment Create and manage staff rosters Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standardsWhat you'll need: Previous experience working as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishmentAbility to lead effective teams and build a positive cultureExtensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipmentOperational experience to achieve financial and business targets The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team The perks are good too!
