Head Chef - Aged Care

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Head Chef to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs, and developing and executing new menu items.
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in an Aged Care kitchenExtensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safetyAbility to manage a team of chefs and delegate tasksExcellent communication and organizational skillsA creative flair and a passion for creating delicious dishesKnowledge of cost-effective menu planningAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – plus retainment bonus of $5,000 after 12 months
