What you'll do:
Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations.
Menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Create and manage staff rosters.
Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards.
Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests.
Design and produce top-quality food.
Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.
What you'll need:
Experience as a Senior Chef in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture.
Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
The desire to be part of a fun, productive, and professional team.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
