We are a privately owned wholesale food distributor that supplies fresh & frozen premium Beef, Lamb, Poultry, Pork & Seafood products to Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants and Caterers on the Mid North Coast.
We currently require a Head Butcher to replace an outgoing.
This role is a full-time permanent role with an immediate start.
Candidate Requirements:Previous experience as a wholesale/retail butcher / portion cutter;Demonstrate the ability to cut, slice, trim, portion and package;A high attention to detail;A strong OH&S & hygiene focus ensuring internal & external requirements are adhered to;A history of leadership in a previous role;Willingness to work overtime when required;Strong work ethic with quality workmanship to match;Must be very well presented.Working Hours:Standard working hours are 5.00am - 1.30pm Monday to Friday with only occasional Saturday work required (seasonal).
All within a purpose-built, safe & professional facility.
