Hays have an exciting opportunity for a financial accountant to join a fast-growing company on a temporary assignment at a minimum until the end of January. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is required to be in office 5-days a week in their Hurstville office.
Your new role Complete management of Accounts Payable Oversee Accounts Receivable Ledgers and Credit Control Manage the month-end close process for both AR and AP Maintain the fixed asset register Assist with the upkeep of financial ledgers and month-end/year-end closures Support daily transactional work Contribute to month-end processes and preparing financial/internal reports for senior management What you'll need to succeed Must be immediately available to start ASAP Must have experience with stock/invoicing AP Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (preferred) 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role Experience with Navision/Microsoft Dynamics Nav is highly advantageous. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and communication skills What you need to do now
