Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team for a key initiative within their Operating Model Program.
This role will support the development and execution of the project plan, delivery initiatives, and supporting processes for the establishment of a strategic asset management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Identify, analyse, and document business processes, systems, and other functional requirements to recommend improvements and enhance business operations and performance.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor the effectiveness of tools, systems, methods, and standards.
Data Analysis: Gather, analyse, and translate business data into meaningful insights to support informed decision-making.
Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, process documents, user support materials, and presentations.
Change Management: Work with the Change Manager and Implementation Lead to support new process walkthroughs, change impact assessments, and training requirements.
Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate planning and processes to ensure all critical business functionality is tested, and a quality system is delivered and accepted by key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
The ability to analyse, synthesise, and communicate technical information and data.
Experience of producing high-quality business analysis documentation.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to rapidly develop rapport with stakeholder groups.
Experience of facilitating stakeholder workshops for discovery and process mapping.
The ability to work autonomously and manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with business process mapping and process improvement frameworks, systems, and best practice methodologies.
Desirable: Experience within a utility environment.
