Base pay range $290,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

This role requires an astute Executive General Manager to be responsible for the successful leadership and management of the business in accordance with strategic and budgetary targets.
Managing the business activities, your aim will be to ensure the P&L, production, sales, and employee development initiatives are achieved and maintained. To assist in this success of the business the role will analyse data to provide quantifiable outcomes to be used in the foundation for management decision-making.
You are a natural leader with the experience to manage the financial and operational drivers of a multi-site manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will need to develop strong relationships with direct reports including plant managers, WHS, Finance, and Sales. This role has a pathway to a future CEO role.
