We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join one of our national clients based in Griffith.

We are seeking a dedicated Hatchery Administration Assistant to handle all clerical duties associated with hatchery management. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Perform all clerical duties for hatchery managementServe as the first point of contact for phone and visitor inquiriesMaintain accurate and timely informationEnsure compliance with quality, quarantine, workplace safety, and environmental management systemsEssential Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPermanent resident or citizen of AustraliaSkills and Experience: Strong administrative skills, including data entry and report preparationGood proofreading and data validation skillsUnderstanding of quality systems and workplace safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctualEnthusiastic and proactive attitudeStrong initiative and problem-solving skillsCandidates must not have any birds, pigs or chickens at their place of residence.
