Proven track record in creating and implementing impactful HR policies and performance frameworks. Skilled in leading cultural change initiatives and fostering positive work environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) is advantageous. Membership with AHRI or significant progress towards certification preferred.
